The spacious apartments “Zehner”, “Nocken”, “Piz Lad” and “Ortler” accommodate up to six people and are equipped with a living kitchen with high-quality sofa bed, two separate bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob (four rings), dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, bed linen and towels, as well as a balcony.
How are the rooms equipped?

The suites “Augenblick” and “Sternenhimmel” accommodate up to four people and are equipped with a canopy bed, high-quality sofa bed, armchair, bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet, fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob (two rings), dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, bed linen and towels, as well as a terrace.

Yes, all apartments, rooms and suites feature a balcony or terrace with views of Lake Resia.
Are there accessible apartments, rooms or suites?
Yes, the “Nocken” apartment and the “Augenblick” suite are accessible. In addition, all apartments, rooms and suites are accessible by lift.

The Schöneben-Haideralm ski area is only about 2 kilometres away, and the Nauders ski area at the Resia Pass in Austria is around 6 kilometres away.

What are the cancellation conditions?
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit paid will be retained.
- From 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee on the total amount of the stay
- From 7 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of the stay
- From 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of the stay
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, prices are valid for a minimum stay of three nights. For shorter stays, please feel free to send us a non-binding enquiry.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount of the deposit depends on the total price of your stay.
What is the local tax per person per night?
The local tax is €3.20 per person per night and is charged separately on site.
