What services are included in the price?
Depending on your booking, the inclusive services at Residence Garni Alpenstern include breakfast or accommodation without meals, Wi-Fi, parking, sunbathing lawn, the Reschensee Guest Pass with many inclusive and bonus benefits in the region, as well as bed linen and towels.
Guests also have access to a drying room for motorcycle clothing, a bike storage room, and a ski room with boot dryer. Daily room cleaning is also included when booking double rooms.
What are the cancellation conditions?
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit paid will be retained.
- From 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee on the total amount of the stay
- From 7 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of the stay

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount of the deposit depends on the total price of your stay.

The local tax is €3.20 per person per night and is charged separately on site.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay on site in cash as well as with VISA, Mastercard, and EC card or debit card.
Can travel cancellation insurance be taken out directly through the hotel?
No, Residence Garni Alpenstern does not offer its own travel cancellation insurance. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance before your trip.
Are dogs or pets allowed in the hotel?
Yes, pets are allowed on request and for a fee of €15.00 per night.
